First brewed in 1998 for the Great Welsh Beer Festival as a one off, safe-to-say that Butty Bach (meaning ‘little friend’) has gone on to make more than a few friendships in its time. We brew it using British grown Maris Otter and Crystal malts together with locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops. With such fine ingredients, no wonder it remains a firm favourite.
